The present invention relates to a dental head alignment device and an X-ray imaging device including the same. A dental head aligning device for aligning an examinee for X-ray imaging of the X-ray imaging apparatus of the present invention includes a bite part that the examinee can bite at one end, and a magnet formed at the other end; and a base portion to which the bite portion is attached based on the magnetic force of the magnet.
