To provide an upper-fire burner in which an ignition electrode can be provided on a bottom side of an inside of the grill chamber.SOLUTION: A lower surface of a gas passage forming part 53 of an upper-fire burner 50 includes a front burner port 531, a right burner port 532, and a left burner port 533. At a left-rear corner of the gas passage forming part 53, an extended part 55 is provided. The extended part 55 extends to a bottom side of the grill chamber. A lower surface of the extended part 55 is provided with an ignition burner port 535 and an extended burner port 534. The ignition burner port 535 ignites by the ignition electrode provided on a bottom side of the grill chamber. The extended burner port 534 carries-over a flame from the ignition burner port 535 to the left burner port 533. Thus, since the ignition electrode can be provided on a bottom side of the grill chamber, the ignition electrode does not interrupt cleaning of the grill chamber, and the defective ignition by an aluminum foil and the like caught by the ignition electrode can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
