When the impact drill descends by virtue of gravity, two mounting plates in an impact piece and four triangular ribs arranged on the drill rod are overlapped to form a cross, then the impact drill is the same with a traditional crossed impact drill, and because the impact piece and the lower side of the drill rod are completely overlapped, it is ensured that the impact force of the impact piece is transmitted to the drill rod and the degree of damage to the impact piece is reduced. According to the impact drill designed by the invention, when the impact drill is pulled by a lifting rope to be lifted upwards, the impact piece rotates relative to the drill rod, and the two mounting plates in theimpact piece are staggered with the lower ends of the four triangular ribs arranged on the drill rod; and in the rotating process, a part of sludge can be shoveled to the upper sides of the two mounting plates by the impact piece, and when the impact drill is lifted, the sludge on the upper sides of the two mounting plates can be lifted together, so that the slag discharge efficiency is improved.
