To provide an upper concrete pole and the like for which extension rods are not required and joint steel pipes are removed from a formwork easily.SOLUTION: An upper concrete pole 21B is linked to a lower concrete pole 22 to form one concrete pole. The upper concrete pole 21B comprises: a cylindrical concrete part 12; a reinforcement bucket 1 that is embedded in the cylindrical concrete part 12 and made of an axial reinforcement 1a and spiral reinforcement 1b; a joint metal pipe 2B that is connected to the lower section of the cylindrical concrete part 12; and a partition member 3B that is attached to the joint metal pipe 2B and to which the lower end of the axial reinforcement 1a is firmly linked. For the boundary between the joint metal pipe 2B and the cylindrical concrete part 12, when the reinforcement bucket 1 and the joint metal pipe 2B with the partition member 3B are stored in a formwork 4B in order to form the cylindrical concrete part 12, a circumferential step portion 13A that can contact a step portion 13B of the formwork 4B is formed as a joint for the cylindrical concrete part 12 and the joint metal pipe 2B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
