UV WAVELENGTH SELECTIVE RGB CONVERSION FILM AND UV IMAGE SENSOR USING THE SAME

An ultraviolet image sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate; an ultraviolet wavelength selective RGB conversion film composed of a plurality of pixels arranged on the substrate; and a photosensor unit for detecting the visible light converted by each pixel and converting it into an electrical signal. In one embodiment, each pixel comprises a color filter located on the substrate; a light conversion unit located on the color filter; and a microlens positioned on the light conversion unit, wherein each pixel selectively absorbs ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength band to emit visible light of a specific color. According to the embodiment, a pixel array film capable of selectively converting ultraviolet light into RGB visible light according to wavelength and expressing color is provided, and since it is compatible with the existing CMOS platform, the ultraviolet image sensor manufactured using this is compatible with existing smart devices. It can be easily applied to a portable camera.
