Disclosed herein is forming an antibody-antibody light chain affinity ligand complex by applying a solution comprising an antibody to immobilized antibody light chain affinity ligand, wherein the antibody light chain affinity ligand is immobilized on a solid phase, and the complex formed in the previous step. A method for preparing an antibody comprising the step of generating an antibody by modifying the glycosylation of the antibody by incubation with one or more enzymes has been reported.
