FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: described is a method for evaluating the erythrocyte chimerism in the course of study of ABO antigens, including forming an identifier scale for the percentage of donor chimerism, typing the ABO antigens of the donor and recipient erythrocytes, determining the informative antigens, monitoring the erythrocyte chimerism after transplantation of allogenic hematopoietic stem cells. The claimed method is characterised by the fact that the results of the ABO testing of the recipient are compared with the identifier scale, wherein agglutination in a gel column is used as a detecting method; the presence of donor chimerism is diagnosed if erythrocytes carrying donor ABO antigens are detected in the recipient; the absence of donor chimerism is diagnosed if erythrocytes expressing donor ABO antigens are absent in the recipient.;EFFECT: invention expands the range of methods for evaluating the state of the hematopoietic system of the patient after allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, monitoring the dynamics of growth of donor chimerism, establishing partial red cell aplasia of the bone marrow, which is necessary for planning and correcting the accompanying therapy of the patient.;1 cl, 4 dwg, 3 tbl, 2 ex
