A mold temperature control device of an injection molding machine is disclosed. The mold temperature control device includes a pump, a first three-way valve, a second three-way valve, and a control unit. The pump outlet is connected to the water inlet of the injection mold. The first three-way valve selectively connects the inlet of the pump with the hot water outlet or the cold water outlet. The second 3-way valve selectively connects the water outlet of the injection mold to the hot water inlet or the cold water inlet. The control unit controls the first three-way valve and the second three-way valve to alternately introduce and discharge cold water and hot water into and out of the injection mold.
