BSM Transmission Method and Apparatus Considering Vehicle Environment in Urban Congestion Area

A BSM transmission method and apparatus in consideration of a vehicle environment in an urban congested area are presented. The BSM transmission method in consideration of the vehicle environment in an urban congested area proposed by the present invention includes the steps of receiving a packet including a channel state and vehicle speed, determining whether or not vehicles are congested in an urban area using the vehicle speed and GPS; and changing the BSM transmission period according to the congestion situation.
