The stopper (10) according to the invention comprises: - a stopper housing (30); - a movable stopper member which moves in the stopper housing (30), wherein the stopper member has a contact surface (39a) designed for contact with a docking vehicle (6); - a stopper guide (48) designed to guide the stopper member between a rest position and an activated position, wherein the stopper guide (48) comprises a substantially vertical guide member designed to allow the stopper stopper element to move in a substantially vertical direction; - a driving device which is connected to the stopper element and which is designed to allow the stopper element to move between the rest position and the activated position; - a locking element designed to lock the stopper element in locked mode in the rest position; and - an unlocking element designed to unlock the stopper element from the locked position.
