Provided are a method for manufacturing a mat having a ribbing structure, and a mold for manufacturing a mat having a ribbing structure. The method comprises: attaching a first elastic sheet to a second elastic sheet, the first elastic sheet being formed of a closed cell elastic material, and the second elastic sheet being formed of an open cell elastic material; heating the combined first elastic sheet and second elastic sheet; and using a mold to perform negative pressure suction on one side of the second elastic sheet after the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet have been heated, and simultaneously performing cooling, such that the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet are deformed by means of a ribbing structure of the mold and are cooled and shaped, thereby forming a mat having a ribbing structure.
