A radio frequency ablation electrode for minimally invasive surgery of otitis media and a use method therefor. The radio frequency ablation electrode comprises a handle and an electrode (10) that are connected to each other. The electrode (10) is a tubular structure and comprises an inner tube electrode (1) and an outer tube electrode (3). The inner tube electrode (1) and the outer tube electrode (3) are connected to two poles of a power supply, respectively, and a tube body of the outer tube electrode (3) is sleeved outside of a tube body of the inner tube electrode (1). Tip ends of the outer tube electrode (3) and the inner tube electrode (1) are in the same direction and are exposed to form the tip end of the electrode (10). The outer surface of the inner tube electrode (1) is set as an insulating surface, the tube bodies of the inner tube electrode (1) and the outer tube electrode (3) are insulated from each other, and the tip ends of the two are electrically connected by means of physiological saline, so that the tip end of the electrode (10) forms a plasma field for the ablation and perforation of tympanic membrane tissue. By using the principle of low-temperature plasma, a plasma field is formed at the tip end of the electrode (10) to perform ablation and perforation of tympanic membrane tissue at a lower temperature, which increases the efficiency and improves the treatment effect of the minimally invasive surgery for otitis media.
