Provided are a radiographic image processing method, a trained model, a radiographic image processing module, a radiographic image processing program, and a radiographic image processing system with which noise in a radiographic image can be effectively removed. A control device 20 is provided with: an acquiring unit 201 which employs an image acquiring device 1 that radiates X-rays at a target object F and acquires an X-ray transmission image by capturing an image of X-rays that have been transmitted through the target object F, to acquire an X-ray transmission image of a jig and the target object F; an identifying unit 202 which identifies an image characteristic of the jig in the X-ray transmission image; a selecting unit 204 which, on the basis of the image characteristic, selects a trained model 206 from among a plurality of trained models 206 that have each been built in advance by machine learning employing image data; and a processing unit 205 which employs the selected trained model 206 to execute image processing to remove noise from the X-ray transmission image of the target object F.
