A display control device (10) is provided with an acquiring unit (11), a control unit (13), and an output unit (18). The acquiring unit (11) acquires video data captured by each of a plurality of image capturing devices, from each of the plurality of image capturing devices. In response to detection of a target condition of a surveillance target from each of two or more sets of video data among the plurality of sets of video data, the control unit (13) allocates a time order for output to a display device for each set of target video data, which are the video data in which the target condition was detected. The output unit (18) sequentially outputs the target video data to the display device on the basis of the allocated time order.
