To provide a new quantitative method for quantifying EAP concentration, an enzyme for quantification, a kit for quantification, and a quantitative sensor.A method for the determination of ethanolamine phosphate that contains an oxidoreductase is provided for a sample containing ethanolamine phosphate.By adding the oxidoreductase, the mediator may be reduced to react with the reduced mediator and reagent to determine the concentration of the ethanol amine phosphate.Alternatively, as the oxidoreductase, the hydrogen peroxide generated by adding the oxidase and the reagent may be reacted to determine the concentration of the ethanol amine phosphate.
