SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVED QUALITY OF A VISUALIZED CALL OVER NETWORK

Systems and methods for visualization and readiness dialog box and visualized summary for a call over network (CON) are provided. The visualization may be effectuated by three functionalities: a readiness dialog box that enables facilitation of call, inclusion of visualization and participant features within call, and visualized summary after call. The readiness dialog box is presented to callers prior to onset of call, presenting participant's/their status and enables caller to send messages (preconfigured and customized) to other participants. Once sufficient participants have joined, call starts, after which it is visualized by displaying on single/multi channels, which caller is speaking, participant features that allow user to interact with call, etc. After call concludes, visualized summary of call is generated. Participant requirements are configured by individual setting up call based upon call type. Summary includes: call-recording, transcriptions, scenario/speaker information, duration, etc., and in chronological relation to calls progression in a visual format.
