The present invention relates to a novel cyclic polyether polyol, an aqueous dispersion aid comprising the same, and an aqueous coating composition comprising the same. More specifically, it relates to a dispersion aid applicable to a water-based pigment concentration system (RFPC, resin-free pigment concentrates) and a water-based paint composition comprising the same.
