To provide antibody medicines useful for the treatment of multiple myeloma.SOLUTION: The present invention provides isolated human monoclonal antibodies which bind to CD38 antibodies expressed in large quantities on the surface of a human blood cell, particularly a malignant phenotype cell such as multiple myeloma, and related antibody-based compositions and molecules.
