The present invention relates to a novel canine adenovirus type 2 antigen and uses thereof, and more specifically, the present invention relates to a novel canine adenovirus type 2 strain deposited with accession number KCTC13956BP, An antigen for domestic isolated canine adenovirus type 2 enzymatic immunization technique and a method for detecting an antibody against canine adenovirus type 2 using the same are provided.
