FIELD: chemical industry. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry, namely to a phosphor material based on organometallic complexes uniformly distributed in the volume of aerogel in the form of particles with a size of 0.01 to 1 mm or monoliths with a characteristic size of 1 to 100 mm or in the form of films with a thickness of 0.01 to 1 mm. The material contains an organometallic complex tris(8-hydroxyquinolate)aluminum (Alq3) or an organometallic complex of 8-hydroxyquinoline with coordination s-, p-, d -, f-elements, which is evenly distributed in an aerogel based on oxides of elements from the group of silicon, zirconium, aluminum, ruthenium or lanthanides, which has a density of 0.05 to 0.2 g/cm3, a developed specific surface area of 100 to 1500 m2/g and contains meso- and macropores, the ratio between which is in the range from 1:3 to 1:9, respectively, while the organometallic complex in the form of particles with a size from 2 to 500 nm is from 0.5 to 5% by weight in the phosphor material.
