FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of industrial facilities. Upper building modules are manufactured at industrial site. Gravity based structure (GBS), which has ability to be in a floating state during transportation through the water area, is used as basis for installation of modules. Modules production includes the following stages. At stage 1 - parts are made, at stage 2 - nodes are made from parts, at stage 3 - assembly units are made from the nodes, at stage 4 - abrasive cleaning and painting of assembly units are carried out, and at stage 5 - modules are assembled from assembly units. Further modules transportation, movement to its installation sites on GBS and its integration include the following stages. At stage 6 - modules are moved to the house territory by means of self-propelled vehicles. At stage 7 - each module is moved horizontally along guides to lifting system guides installed in dry dock. At stage 8 - each module is lifted to connection guides of the lifting system with guides located on the upper plate of the GBS. At stage 9 - each module is moved horizontally to places, where they are installed on GBS, modules are integrated with each other and GBS. ;EFFECT: invention makes possible to create industrial complex at GBS, which can withstand the impact of ice in water area with an ice regime, to fully manufacture an industrial complex at specialized production site with a dry dock (docks), to provide more maneuverable movement of individual modules of upper structures on territory of industrial site and eliminate the need to create special bridge structures for moving modules of upper structures on GBS. ;17 cl, 13 dwg
