The present invention is a device for self-diagnosing breast cancer on its own without the aid of a doctor with the help of artificial intelligence, and is an ultrasound scanner through augmented reality that delivers feedback control commands to a patient who self-diagnoses through a smart mirror as an object image. Provided are a thermal imaging ultrasound scanner device and a self-examination method that induce correct posture correction and allow a patient to self-diagnose breast cancer by using an artificial intelligence neural network learned by thermal image and ultrasound image.
