Provided is a glass composition for glass fibers which has a low dielectric loss tangent, and in which the occurrence of phase separations is suppressed, the viscosity at high temperatures is reduced, and the occurrence of striae is reduced. This glass composition for glass fibers contains 52.0-57.5 mass% SiO2, 19.5-25.5 mass% B2O3, 8.0-13.0 mass% Al2O3, 0-2.0 mass% MgO, 0-6.0 mass% CaO, 0.5-6.5 mass% SrO, and 0.1-3.0 mass% TiO2, the ratio of Al2O3 to B2O3 being 0.35-0.54, and the SiO2 content SI, the B2O3 content B, the MgO content M, the CaO content C, the SrO content SR, and the TiO2 content T satisfying formula (1).　Formula (1): 6.90≤100×(B/SI)2×{SR/(C+SR)}2/3×{T/(M+T)}1/2≤12.30
