Disclosed are a method and system for analyzing a surgical procedure after a surgery. The method for analyzing a surgical procedure after a surgery, which is performed by a system according to an embodiment, may comprise the steps of: recognizing, from a captured whole surgical image, each of individual surgical phases by using a surgical phase learning model, and then separating a time domain corresponding to each of the recognized surgical phases; calculating the number of switchings and the consumed time for each surgical phase; determining whether a bleeding event has occurred for each surgical phase; and providing a user interface capable of analyzing a surgical result for each surgical phase, on the basis of the number of switchings, the consumed time, and the bleeding event.
