摘要
A threaded rod for embedding in cementitious binders is made of a ferritic-martensitic stainless steel with a weight fraction of • up to 0.08% carbon (C), • up to 1.5% silicon (Si), • 0.3 up to 1.5% manganese (Mn), • up to 0.05% phosphorus (P), • up to 0.03% sulfur (S), • 10.5 to 18% chromium (Cr), • up to 1.6% nickel (Ni), • up to 0.4% molybdenum (Mo), • up to 0.04% aluminum (Al), • up to 0.2% niobium (Nb), • up to 0.2% titanium (Ti), • up to 0.04% nitrogen (N), the rest iron and steel-usual impurities. The steel has a Kaltenhauser ferrite factor (KFF) determined according to the formula% Cr + 6x% Si + 8x% Ti + 4x% Mo + 2x% Al - 2x% Mn - 4x% Ni - 40x% (C + N) of at most 11.8 on. The threaded rod is provided with a hot-rolled profile in the form of a continuous external thread, has an external diameter of 14 to 100 mm depending on the area of application and has the following properties: • Yield strength (R p0.2 ) of at least 670 MPa, • elongation at maximum load (Agt) of at least 5%, and • related rib area (f R ) of at least 0.056.
