A method for a device interworking with network functions to adjust Quality of Service (QoS) within a group, the method comprising: receiving a group QoS adjustment request for group QoS adjustment target terminals from a service server; determining whether the cell positions of the adjustment target terminals included in the group QoS adjustment request are the same; if the cell positions of the adjustment target terminals are the same, in the QoS adjustment range summing the basic QoS values of the adjustment target terminals adjusting the QoS values of the target terminals, and transmitting the adjusted QoS values of the adjustment target terminals to a Policy Control Function (PCF) to request QoS policy application to the sessions of the adjustment target terminals. The group QoS adjustment request includes a QoS upward adjustment request for at least one terminal among the adjustment target terminals.
