Disclosed is a remote monitoring system for an underground water well that can diagnose and maintain failures through IoT remote control. The remote monitoring system according to the present invention is a flow meter installed in a groundwater well to measure the flow data of groundwater, is connected to the flow meter, receives the flow data by wire/wireless, stores the flow data at regular intervals, and stores the flow data by a preset repetition cycle. A data logger for transmitting flow data to the server, a battery for supplying power to the flow meter and the data logger, and a power supply unit for measuring the remaining amount data of the battery and transmitting it to the server according to a preset repetition period and from the server and an integrated control unit for receiving and monitoring flow data and the remaining battery level data, wherein the integrated control unit remotely transmits the flow rate data and the remaining battery level data to a user's mobile device.
