A smart control method of a vehicle hacking prevention system using radio waves and sound waves is disclosed. In this method, after receiving the RSS value of the Bluetooth signal from the driver's mobile device, if the intensity is above a certain level, it is determined within the primary range, and the sound wave of 2 to 24000 Hz excluding the audible area is transmitted through the speaker, and the sound wave is transmitted to the mobile device. It is characterized in that it includes a process of determining a 3D position by calculating a time to arrival, and being able to execute a vehicle control command when it is within a pre-specified secondary range. According to the present invention, it is possible to protect the RSA while implementing the same function only with the mobile device without the smart key of the existing vehicle by replacing the LF (Low Frequency) of the existing smart key with the sound wave for the transmission method of the radio signal.
