PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for promoting the proliferation of a pluripotent stem cell, and a proliferation promoting composition therefor.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a composition for promoting the proliferation of a pluripotent stem cell contains hemagglutinin or a modified body thereof.
