FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to a method for producing a radiopharmaceutical preparation with gallium-68 for visualisation of skeletal metastases by the positron emission tomography (PET) method. The method includes obtaining gallium-68 from a 68Ge/68Ga generator by means of elution of the generator by passing a HCl solution through the column of the generator, the obtained volume of the 68Ga eluate is up to 5 ml. Passed through the column of the generator therein is 0.1 Μ HCl solution with a rate of ~1.5 ml/min, then 3.23 to 6.46 mg of stable gallium chloride is injected into the 68Ga eluate in 0.1 M hydrochloric acid at a volume of 2 ml, dissolved in 0.5 ml of 0.1 M hydrochloric acid, followed by introducing the resulting mixture into ethylenediamine-Ν,Ν,Ν`,Ν`-tetrakis-methylene-phosphonic acid with a mass of 25 mg dissolved in 0.5 ml of 1 M sodium hydroxide and containing 1.0 ml of 0.2 Μ acetate buffer consisting of sodium acetate and acetic acid, the resulting mixture is sustained for the time interval of 10 to 20 min at room temperature and filtered through a filter.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to achieve a radiochemical yield of more than 95% of the drug, improve the stability thereof and increase the level of accumulation of the preparation in the osseous tissue.;1 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
