Embodiments of the present disclosure include compositions and methods for an engineered invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cell for readiness use for clinical therapy.In certain embodiments, the iNKT cells are produced from hematopoietic stem progenitor cells and are HLA negative, so they are suitable for allogeneic cell therapy.In certain embodiments, the cells are cultured in a specific in-vitro three-dimensional artificial thymus organooid system, and the cells have imaging and suicide targeting capabilities.Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the fields of medicine including at least immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, and at least cancer care.
