Disclosed is a decentralized rapid treatment device for excess sludge, the device comprising a wastewater sludge removal device (3), a sludge conveying pipeline (1), a conditioner (2), an air compression and conveying apparatus (4), a drainage pipeline (6) and a system control cabinet (5), wherein one end of the sludge conveying pipeline (1) is connected to a sludge water discharge port of a decentralized domestic wastewater treatment apparatus, and the other end of the sludge conveying pipeline (1) is connected to the wastewater sludge removal device (3); the conditioner (2) is connected to the sludge conveying pipeline (1) via a pipeline; the air compression and conveying apparatus (4) is connected to the wastewater sludge removal device (3) via a pipeline; and the drainage pipeline (6) is located on a side surface of the bottom of the wastewater sludge removal device (3).
