The present invention relates to a fusion protein of the Z-domain and calsequestrin, having improved reactivity, stability, and antibody recovery, and a method for isolation and purification of an antibody using same. Specifically, the present invention relates to: a nucleic acid encoding a fusion protein of the Z-domain and calsequestrin having improved reactivity and stability; a recombinant expression vector comprising the nucleic acid; a transformant transformed with the recombinant expression vector; and a method for isolation and purification of an antibody with improved reactivity, stability, antibody recovery, and purity using the fusion protein of the Z-domain and calsequestrin.
