The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional structure having a 3-period minimum curved surface (TPMS) based on a bead arrangement, and more particularly, to a geometric shape of a bead arrangement for realizing a gyroid three-period minimum curved surface and a method thereof. The three-dimensional structure manufacturing method is a manufacturing method of interconnecting beads after forming a bead array by contacting a plurality of beads in a predetermined pattern, wherein the bead arrangement is (a) a plurality of unit layer patterns are repeatedly stacked, (b ) is formed by bonding contact portions between all beads constituting a plurality of unit layer patterns, and the unit layer pattern has a triangular bead arrangement consisting of one central bead (C) and three branch beads (S) having the same diameter.
