PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data linkage system and an anonymization control system capable of appropriately deleting data before anonymization. SOLUTION: A POST connector 22 for collecting data held by an information system, a pipeline 41 for accumulating the data collected by the POST connector 22, and anonymization of the data accumulated by the pipeline 41 are controlled. In a data linkage system including a pipeline orchestrator 61, the pipeline 41 executes anonymization processing for anonymizing data, and the POST connector 22 and the pipeline 41 perform data before anonymization by the anonymization processing.
