PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installation efficiency of a tide embankment panel to a foundation of a tide embankment and shorten the construction period.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a foundation 2, a plurality of concrete blocks 10 fixed on the foundation 2 and arranged so that end faces in the width direction are in contact with each other, and a plurality of tide embankment panels 20 fixed on the concrete blocks 10 and arranged so that end faces in the width direction thereof are in contact with each other. A tide embankment 1 is configured such that the tide embankment panel 20 is disposed so as to straddle both concrete blocks 10 at places where the concrete blocks 10 are in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
