To provide a new concrete neutralization promotion testing device that can generate an iron rust with the same composition as that of an iron rust generated in an actual environment easily and rapidly.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a pressure chamber for increasing the amount of supply of a COgas; and a COgas supply device or a COgas pressure device for increasing the pressure of the COgas in the pressure chamber. The pressure chamber is provided with a cement testing body, a mortar testing body, or a concrete testing body. Also, the amount of supply of the COgas into the cement testing body, the mortar testing body, or the concrete testing body is increased by increasing the pressure of the COgas in the pressure chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
