The present invention relates to a method for strengthening the surface of concrete facilities and repairing cracks by spraying an aqueous emulsion composition and a polymer cement mixture stored in a portable spray container, respectively, and more specifically, spraying the aqueous emulsion composition on the surface to be repaired a first spraying step, a second spraying step of spraying the polymer cement mixture on the surface to be repaired on which the aqueous emulsion composition is applied, and a curing step in which drying and curing of the aqueous emulsion composition and the polymer cement mixture sprayed on the surface to be repaired are performed. Including, non-professionals can easily repair concrete facilities, so it is possible to perform preemptive and preventive maintenance to improve the lifespan of concrete facilities by making proper crack repairs at the same time as cracks are discovered.
