The present invention relates to a terminal power control method using a voltage standing wave ratio of RRH, and an apparatus and system therefor, and more particularly, a base station comprising: an RRH signal determining unit for determining whether a terminal is connected to a Remote Radio Head (RRH); a power correction unit for calculating a reference signal power correction value based on an initial reference signal power value and a voltage standing wave ratio value corresponding to the RRH when the RRH signal determining unit determines that the terminal is connected to the RRH; and a communication unit for transmitting the reference signal power correction value to the terminal.
