An object of the present invention is to provide a cubicle-type gas insulated switchgear having high heat dissipation performance to ensure a current carrying capacity of 4000A or more. A cubicle type gas insulated switchgear according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a tank in which a bus bar and a circuit breaker are accommodated; a plurality of heat exchange beams provided on the outer surface of the tank and forming an air flow channel extending from the lower end of the tank to the upper part; and a plurality of blower fans provided at the bottom of the tank and having an air discharge side inclined toward the air flow channel to blow air to the air flow channel.
