The present invention provides a three-dimensional environment modeling method. The method comprises: scanning an ambient environment to obtain a point cloud flow; detecting one or more augmented reality codes in the ambient environment; and carrying out improvement and optimization operations on the point cloud flow at least on the basis of information carried by the one or more augmented reality codes and positions of the one or more augmented reality codes, so as to perform modeling on the ambient environment. The present invention further relates to a three-dimensional environment modeling device, a computer storage medium, and an industrial robot operating platform.
