Disclosed are an exposed weather-resistant aluminium foil heat-insulated self-adhesive waterproofing coiled material and a preparation method therefor, which belong to the technical field of sealant. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art that the construction process of a product is complex, and the effects of thermal insulation, waterproofing and noise reduction are poor. Said waterproofing coiled material comprises an exposed protective layer, an aluminum foil and a PET film provided in sequence. The PET film is coated with a self-adhesive butyl rubber. The self-adhesive butyl rubber consists of a brominated butyl rubber, a low molecular weight polyisobutylene, naphthenic oil, a tackifying resin, a filler, a low density polyethylene, a phenolic resin and an antiaging agent. The preparation method comprises: preparing a self-adhesive butyl rubber, using EAA to compound a PET film and an aluminum foil film together, using a double-layer co-extrusion die to spray a mixture of PMMA and EAA and an exposed protective layer onto an aluminum foil surface of a PET aluminum foil composite film, coating the self-adhesive butyl rubber onto a PET surface of a coiled material by means of a coater, and then compounding an anti-sticking film.
