WATER-CONTAINING UNDISTURBED SHIELD MUCK NO-BAKE BUILDING MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A water-containing undisturbed shield muck no-bake building material and a preparation method therefor. In the preparation method, the no-bake building material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-80 parts of water-containing undisturbed shield muck, 1-30 parts of active waste residue, 0.1-5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.1-10 parts of sodium silicate and 1-31.5 parts of water. The method comprises the steps of: weighing the active waste residue, the sodium silicate, the water-containing undisturbed shield muck and the water, mixing, and crushing until the content of particles larger than 4.75 mm or 5 mm in the water-containing undisturbed shield muck does not exceed 10%, and obtaining mixture I; adding the sodium hydroxide into mixture I to obtain mixture II; and pouring mixture II into a mold to obtain the water-containing undisturbed shield muck no-bake building material. According to the described method, intermediate dehydration and screening processes and stages are omitted, and production costs are thus greatly reduced. Also comprised is the water-containing undisturbed shield muck no-bake building material prepared by the described method.
