Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an optical cross connect unit, a connector adaptation unit and an optical fiber connection device. In the embodiments of the present application, a connector adaptation unit is provided for each heterogeneous optical fiber connector; different connector adaptation units are adaptively connected to each heterogeneous optical fiber connector, and an optical cross connect unit is further connected to the different connector adaptation units so as to achieve optical fiber interconnection between the different connector adaptation units, thereby achieving the purpose of optical fiber interconnection among the heterogeneous optical fiber connectors, which solves the problem of interconnection between heterogeneous optical fiber connectors. Therefore, various heterogeneous optical fiber connectors can be used in an open heterogeneous ROADM site, which helps to simplify the implementation of the heterogeneous ROADM site.
