An optical fiber connector (15, 25, 35, 45, 55), a single-fiber bidirectional optical assembly, and an optical fiber transmission system. The optical fiber connector (15, 25, 35, 45, 55) is applied to the single-fiber bidirectional optical assembly. The single-fiber bidirectional optical assembly further comprises a first optical module and an optical filter (13, 23, 33, 43, 53). The optical fiber connector (15, 25, 35, 45, 55) comprises an optical path change module, an optical fiber (15.3, 25.3, 35.3, 45.3, 55.3), an insert core (15.2, 25.4, 35.4, 45.4, 55.4), and a ferrule (25.5, 35.5, 45.5, 55.5). The optical fiber (15.3, 25.3, 35.3, 45.3, 55.3) is provided in the insert core (15.2, 25.4, 35.4, 45.4, 55.4), the optical path change module is in contact connection to the insert core (15.2, 25.4, 35.4, 45.4, 55.4) and is fixed by means of the ferrule (25.5, 35.5, 45.5, 55.5), and an optical path port (25.5.1, 35.5.1, 45.5.1, 55.5.1) is formed at the position of the ferrule (25.5, 35.5, 45.5, 55.5) opposite to the first optical module. The optical path change module is used for changing the transmission path of a first optical signal. When the single-fiber bidirectional optical assembly differentiates beams of small wavelength difference, the transmission path of the first optical signal can be changed by means of the optical path change module after the offset angle of the optical filter (13, 23, 33, 43, 53) is changed, so that the first optical module can send or receive the first optical signal by means of the optical path port (25.5.1, 35.5.1, 45.5.1, 55.5.1), and thus it is unnecessary to adjust the position of the first optical module and increase the volume of the single-fiber bidirectional optical assembly.
