A method and an apparatus for localizing the center of a macula in a fundus image, a server, and a storage medium, relating to medical technology. The method comprises: acquiring a fundus image to be examined (S101); on the basis of a macula center localization model, determining global macula center regression coordinates in the fundus image to be examined, examination frames of a plurality of macula regions, and macula center regression coordinates of each macula region (S102); determining a target examination frame from among the examination frames of the plurality of macula regions, and on the basis of the target examination frame, determining first local macula center regression coordinates of the fundus image to be examined (S103); according to the macula center regression coordinates of each macula region, determining second local macula center regression coordinates of the fundus image to be examined (S104); and according to the global macula center regression coordinates, the first local macula center regression coordinates, and the second local macula center regression coordinates, determining the coordinates of the center of the macula in the fundus image to be examined (S405). The present method can be used to improve the accuracy of localization of the center of the macula.
