The present invention discloses a bioinsecticide-larvicide based on a Bacillus thuringiencis var israelensis and the method for obtaining it, for controlling larvae or mosquito vectors. This bioinsecticide-larvicide is characterised in that it comprises: • Depleted Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium • corn husk • active ingredient: Bacillus thuringiensis var.israeliensis spores. This bioinsecticide-larvicide consists of three main methods or processes: a) Method for treating the raw material (corn husk or Pleurotus ostreatus mushroom mycelium); b) Method for preparing the broth (liquid medium-tryptone for mixing with the raw material); and c) Process for implementing the mixture of the broth and the raw material.
