Radio relay stations (10) constituting a ladder type of radio relay network along the movement path of a movable body each comprise a relay control unit (20) that: has respective one of pieces of station identification information assigned, one by one along the movement path in the radio relay network, to the radio relay stations (10) constituting the radio relay network and located along the movement path; by using a first routing table indicating the address of a destination radio relay station (10), sets and updates a second routing table with which the address, station identification information and information update time of the destination radio relay station (10) are associated; and performs a control such that the radio relay stations (10) share the set and updated second routing table among the radio relay stations (10) constituting the radio relay network, and the radio relay stations (10) each further comprise a relay communication unit (30) that performs radio relay communications with the other radio relay stations (10).
