The present invention is a blockchain application for the real estate industry where in a first step, the transaction is submitted to the peers by an Orderer, a second step where the peers run with the local copy of the ledger, a third step where the read-write set result is returned to all the peers, a fourth step where the endorsement responses are packed into an invocation request, a fifth step where said invocation request is sent to the Order, a sixth step where the read-write set is compared with the same of all the peers, a seventh step where the transaction is added to the ledger, and an eighth step where the peers' local copy of the ledger is updated.
