The present disclosure relates to a method and system for predicting unfair terms, receiving preprocessed text data, detecting a pattern separator in the preprocessed text data through a pattern algorithm, and detecting a set of sentences in each prescribed unit, and within the sentence set , detects a sentence delimiter, detects a pattern sentence, and predicts whether the pattern sentence is fair or unfair by using a text prediction model in a pattern sentence unit. The text prediction model is trained to predict fairness and unfairness in units of the pattern sentences through neural network learning.
